Any vendor to any vendor

Every migration program we run has the same five stages: discovery, design, planning, migration, operations. One accountable team from the first inventory to the last decommissioned switch. The vendors change — Cisco to Juniper, Brocade to Juniper, Dell to Arista or Juniper, ASA or FortiGate or Check Point to Palo Alto — but the method does not.
Discovery produces an inventory that includes the things configuration files do not show: which applications sit behind which VLANs, which ACLs nobody dares remove, which links are the only path to something important. That inventory is what the fixed price is built on.
Design translates the estate to the target platform and proves the translation on a digital twin. Planning groups sites or racks into waves by risk and dependency, each with its own method of procedure and rollback. Migration runs wave by wave, with legacy equipment decommissioned only after each wave is verified. Flag-day cutovers are how networks end up in the news; we do not run them.
